Hello my name is Ashley, I’ve heard a lot of news recently about the presence of a metal called cadmium in children’s products. Do you test products sold in your stores for cadmium?  Because i recently bought a number of toys from you guys around Christmas please get back to me, I am very concerned about my child being exposed to the presence of cadmium in my child's toys.

I am glad you are using our services and we welcome you to the community! As for your question, we ensure that toys we direct you to are child safe. Our staff at Fun Time Toys take a strict stand on the quality of our toys.
   If we find that a supplier does sell questionable toys we no longer will do business with that supplier. If you have found that a toy was questionable I can direct you to our toy safety  department. 
  They will ask you a few questions like what toy was it and when did you purchase it. We do this to ensure that the Mandatory Consumer Product Safety Standard (MCPSS) is upheld and the proper authorities are informed that an infringement of the act has occurred.

Hello my name is Mary I purchased a little Tikes jungle gym from you and now there is a recall on the chemicals in the paint, What do i do to send the product back? Please let me know so i can get this problem taken care of.

HI I am a concerned parent and was wondering what is the best way to stay up to date with the newest toy recalls to ensure my child is safe playing with your toys?

helloo there! You know that is an excellent question! How we do it is by keeping in contact with the CPSC and toy manufacturers to ensure we have the latest lists of unsafe toys that are being pulled out of circulation. This help us keep an edge on the unsafe toys. We also contact the suppliers we use to inform them to pull those toys off their website preventing  the from entering circulation before they can even reach your home!

My name is James Smith I was wondering if your toys comply with the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act, and how do you insure products you direct us to don't contain hazardous  material?

Ello James,
That's a really great question! We only direct our customer to toy suppers that conform to Mandatory Consumer Product Safety Standard (MCPSS). If the supplier(s) fail to conform to theses safety standards then we will not do business with them. We try our hardest to direct you to the safest toys for you and your family!
